Povnia has not launched yet. This site is a waitlist and a piece of research: we collect your contact so we can send your promo code at launch, and your answers so we build the service right. Here is, in plain words, what we keep and why.
Who we are
The data is the responsibility of the Povnia team, Tbilisi. We are not a company yet. Contact: [email protected], +995 599 96 23 23.
What we collect
- Contact: the phone number or email you type in at the end of the survey. From venues: the venue name, contact person and phone, if you choose to leave them.
- Survey answers: each answer is saved as soon as you pick it, even if you do not finish the survey. Until you leave a contact, the answers are anonymous and linked only to a random code.
- Technical details: the site language, where you came from (for example Instagram or a QR code) and, if you came through a friend’s link, their invite code.
- On your device: your browser remembers that you signed up, and your invite code, so you do not have to fill it in again. This stays in your browser.
What we use it for
- To send your promo code at launch (50% off your first 5 orders) and to tell you when we launch.
- Your answers help us decide prices, times, categories and what customers and venues need most.
- With venues: to get in touch, if you left a contact.
We do not send spam and we do not sell your data.
How long
We keep the data until 6 months after Povnia launches, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from, or mentioning, the number or email you left, and we will reply as soon as we can. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can contact Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service.
